
We developped NextGenPB, software that efficiently calculates the electrostatic potential in the molecular systems' surroundings.
NextGenPB is a high-performance solver for the linearized Poisson–Boltzmann equation (PBE), built on an adaptive octree mesh. It efficiently computes electrostatic potentials in heterogeneous dielectric media using a flexible, hierarchical discretization scheme. Our adaptive-grid, FEM-based solution leverages analytical calculations to maximize the accuracy-to-computational-cost ratio.
Currenyly we are working on increasing the performance of the program implementing solutions based on Neural Networks.
